Continuing Education

Registration Options: Online, Telephone, US Mail, Fax or in Person

Online - Register Anytime 24/7!

If paying with a credit or debit card,* please go to our online store  here to register. Before you enter the store, please identify the category your class falls under by referring to the list on the right margin of this page. Then, when you enter our online store, select the corresponding category to register and pay for your class.

* NOTE:  the credit/debit charge will not go through
immediately; CE will process your payment when the
   class is a confirmed "GO."
**

If paying with a check,  go here to register. No need to send your check yet - wait until your class is a confirmed "GO."**

** When the minimum enrollment of 8 students is
reached, we will notify you that your class is a "GO"
and your payment will be processed at that time.

Telephone

Call us directly at (970) 247-7385, and we'll register you immediately. Your payment will not be processed until the class is a "Go" (8 paid registrations are required for a class to be held).

US Mail or Fax

Mail or Fax your printed registration form (also available in our CE Catalog) to:

Fort Lewis College
Continuing Education
1000 Rim Dr.
Durango, CO 81301

Fax number: (970) 247-7689

If paying with a check, please do not mail your check unless your class has already met the minimum enrollment and is a "Go." If in doubt, feel free to give us a call at (970) 247-7385.

In Person

We would love to meet you in person! CE is located on the 3rd floor of Reed Library in room 315. You are welcome to come to our office during business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on weekdays).

Please call us before you come up to ensure we will not be away on an errand when you plan to arrive.

Benefits of Early Registration

►  Your early registration (paid at least 1 week before start date)
earns you $5 off the class fee for local noncredit classes.
(Discount is not applicable to other CE offerings)

Registering early greatly increases the chance of a class
     being held.

Signing up early guarantees your spot in classes with a cap
     on enrollment.

If you  are not 100% sure you can commit, that's okay, register anyway BUT please let us know your registration is "Tentative." This way we will know to verify before we count you in. About a week before the class starts, we'll give "tentative" students a call to see if they are able to commit.

Not sure you can commit?

If you  are not 100% sure you can commit, that's okay, register anyway BUT let us know your registration is tentative* so we will know to give you a courtesy call about a week before class to see if you are able to attend. This way we won't jump the gun by (A) confirming a class with fewer than the necessary eight registrations or (B) cancelling a class prematurely.

* Indicate on the registration form by entering TENTATIVE after the student's last name
